Software & automation for finance teams
Close the books faster, without cutting corners.
We build automation for finance teams, accounting firms and advisory companies: invoices that process themselves, reconciliation that runs overnight and reports ready on day one, with a person always approving what gets posted.
- A person approves every posting
- Works with your accounting system
- Full audit trail, EU data hosting

For finance teams, accounting firms and advisory companies
Does this sound familiar?
Invoices typed line by line
“Supplier invoices and receipts arrive as PDFs, scans and photos, and someone keys them in.”
Hours every week, and errors at month-end.
Reconciliation in spreadsheets
“Bank, card and payment provider transactions are matched to invoices by hand.”
Month-end close stretches over a week.
Documents always late
“Clients send documents by email, messenger and paper, and we chase whatever’s missing.”
Deadlines handled in a rush.
Reports rebuilt every month
“Management reports are copied together from several systems into Excel.”
Numbers arrive after decisions are made.
Approvals lost in email
“Purchase and payment approvals live in email threads with no trail.”
Audit questions take days to answer.
New clients found by hand
“Researching companies, tenders and funding programmes is manual and inconsistent.”
Opportunities noticed after competitors.
Example system
An invoice desk that checks its own work.
Invoices are read, validated against suppliers and purchase orders and prepared for approval. The team can ask questions about the numbers in plain language. An illustrative example; yours is designed around your processes.
- 1
Reads any document
PDFs, scans and photos, in any layout and language.
- 2
Validated, not guessed
Every field scored and checked against suppliers and POs.
- 3
A person approves
Low-confidence values go to review; everything else is one click.
- 4
Answers with sources
Ask about overdue invoices or spend and see where each answer comes from.

Illustrative workflow
A supplier invoice, before and after
Before
- 1Invoice PDF arrives by email
- 2An accountant types supplier, amounts and VAT by hand
- 3The purchase order is checked in another system
- 4Approval is chased by email before posting
After
- The invoice is read and every field extracted
- Supplier, amounts and VAT are validated against the PO
- The approver gets a one-click request with the document
- Approved invoices are posted; anomalies wait for a person
Works with the systems you already run.
We connect to the software your team relies on, rather than asking you to replace it. Not on the list? If it has an API, a database, files or an inbox, we can usually connect it.

How we start, without a big-bang project.
Most finance teams start with invoice processing or reconciliation for one entity: measurable within the first month-end.
- 01
Free assessment
Tell us how work flows today, in a short call or our online assessment. We point to where the most time is lost.
Start the assessment - 02
Pilot on one process
We automate one high-volume process end to end, connected to your systems, and measure the time saved.
- 03
Roll out
Once the pilot proves itself, we extend to the next process on a clear, fixed-scope roadmap.
Proof
Engineering you can see working.
Different industries, the same capabilities your project needs: integrations, real-time systems, payments and AI in production.
Questions, answered.
Other industries: Logistics & Transportation, Manufacturing & Industrial, Wholesale & Distribution.
Will AI post entries to our books automatically?
Only if you decide it should, and only for cases you define as safe. By default, AI prepares and validates, and a person approves. Every action is logged for audit.
Which accounting systems can you work with?
We integrate with accounting and ERP systems through their APIs, for example Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite or local Baltic and Nordic systems, and use file-based exchange where no API exists.
How do you handle security and confidentiality?
Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit trails and EU data hosting where required. We sign NDAs and data processing agreements as standard.
How quickly will we see results?
Invoice processing or reconciliation for one entity is typically running before your next month-end close.
