Software & automation for logistics companies
Your team should move freight, not paperwork.
We build software and automation for freight forwarders, carriers and 3PL providers: transport orders that enter themselves, proof of delivery that triggers the invoice, and tracking your customers check without calling you.
- Works with your current TMS and accounting
- First process automated in weeks
- EU company, GDPR by design

For freight forwarders, carriers and 3PL providers
Does this sound familiar?
Orders retyped by hand
“Every morning our coordinators copy transport orders from emails and PDFs into the TMS.”
Typically 3 to 5 minutes per order, plus the typos.
Invoices wait for paperwork
“We can’t invoice until the signed CMR comes back, and drivers send photos on WhatsApp.”
Invoicing delayed by days, sometimes weeks.
“Where is my truck?”
“Customers call and email for status, and someone has to ring the driver to find out.”
Hours of customer service, every day.
Carrier invoices nobody checks
“Subcontractor invoices get paid without matching them to the agreed rate and extras.”
Overcharges and duplicates slip through.
Quotes take too long
“Spot requests sit in the inbox while someone works out the price in Excel.”
Loads lost to faster competitors.
No real margin per lane
“TMS, telematics, fuel cards and accounting never meet, so profitability is a monthly guess.”
Decisions made on gut feeling.
Example system
A dispatch workspace where orders enter themselves.
Order emails become transport orders, shipments are tracked live and the invoice goes out when proof of delivery arrives. An illustrative example; yours is designed around your processes.
- 1
The inbox reads itself
Emails, PDFs and Excel orders from every customer, parsed automatically.
- 2
Checked before it’s created
Addresses, dates, references and prices validated against your data.
- 3
Live shipments
Status and ETA from telematics, shared with customers automatically.
- 4
POD triggers the invoice
A signed CMR in the driver app sends the invoice the same day.
What we build
Six ways to take the manual work out of logistics, and what changes.
Automated order intake
AI reads order emails, PDFs and Excel files, fills in the transport order and checks addresses, dates and references against your data. The coordinator confirms with one click.
Orders in the TMS in seconds, not minutes
AI Implementation →Driver app & digital POD
Drivers photograph the signed CMR or collect a signature in the app. It attaches to the shipment instantly and triggers the invoice.
Invoice the same day the goods arrive
Custom Software Development →Customer tracking portal
Customers see live status, ETA and documents for every shipment and receive automatic updates at each milestone.
Far fewer “where is my truck?” calls
Custom Software Development →Carrier invoice audit
Subcontractor invoices are read automatically and matched to the order and the agreed rate. Only differences need a look.
Pay what you agreed, nothing more
Business Process Automation →Quote automation
Spot requests are priced from your rate tables and lane history and answered from a template, ready for a final check.
Quote first, win more loads
Business Process Automation →Profitability dashboard
Revenue and cost per shipment, customer, lane and truck, combined from TMS, telematics, fuel cards and accounting.
Know which lanes actually make money
Systems Integration →
Illustrative workflow
A transport order, before and after
Before
- 1Order email with a PDF arrives in a shared inbox
- 2A coordinator types 30+ fields into the TMS
- 3Confirmation is written and sent by hand
- 4Invoicing waits for the paper CMR to come back
After
- The email is read and the order created automatically
- Addresses, dates and price are validated against your data
- The customer gets a confirmation and a tracking link
- The driver’s POD photo triggers the invoice the same day
Works with the systems you already run.
We connect to the software your team relies on, rather than asking you to replace it. Not on the list? If it has an API, a database, files or an inbox, we can usually connect it.

How we start, without a big-bang project.
Most logistics clients start with order intake or POD-to-invoice: high volume, easy to measure, live in 3 to 6 weeks.

Pilot on one process
We automate one high-volume process end to end, connected to your systems, and measure the time saved.
- 03
Roll out
Once the pilot proves itself, we extend to the next process on a clear, fixed-scope roadmap.
Proof
Engineering you can see working.
Different industries, the same capabilities your project needs: integrations, real-time systems, payments and AI in production.
Questions, answered.
Other industries: Manufacturing & Industrial, Finance & Accounting, Wholesale & Distribution.
Can you automate CMR, POD and delivery note processing?
Yes. Drivers capture documents in an app or send them as before, and AI extracts the data and matches it to the shipment. Matching documents are processed automatically; anything unclear goes to a person with the fields pre-filled.
Do we need to replace our TMS?
No. We build around the TMS you already use: entering orders into it automatically, connecting it to accounting and telematics, and adding portals or dashboards on top.
We don’t have a real TMS, just Excel and email. Can you help?
Yes. Many smaller forwarders and carriers run on spreadsheets. We can build a lightweight, custom transport management tool around how you already work, then automate on top of it.
Can you integrate with freight exchanges, telematics and EDI?
Yes. We work with APIs from freight exchanges and telematics providers, EDI messages, SFTP file exchange and email-based flows, depending on what each partner supports.
How quickly will we see results?
A first automated process, usually order intake or POD-to-invoice, typically goes live within 3 to 6 weeks. You see the time saved from the first week of the pilot.
