AI Implementation

Practical AI, inside the work you already do.

Practical AI solutions integrated into existing workflows and business systems.

What is AI implementation?

AI implementation means integrating language models and machine learning into real business processes: reading documents, answering customers, qualifying leads or analysing data, connected to the systems your team already uses. We start from the process, not the technology, and we’ll tell you when ordinary automation is the better answer.

Where AI earns its place

  • Information arrives unstructured: PDFs, scans, emails, free-text requests.
  • Skilled people spend hours reading, sorting and re-typing instead of deciding.
  • Customers ask the same questions across channels and time zones.
  • Market and prospect research is manual, inconsistent and always behind.
  • Content such as listings, descriptions and reports has to be produced at volume and kept accurate.

Example system

An AI document desk with an assistant that knows your data.

Invoices, delivery notes and orders are read, checked and posted automatically. Anything uncertain goes to a person, and the team can ask questions in plain language. An illustrative example; yours is designed around your processes.

  1. 1

    Reads any format

PDFs, scans and email attachments, in any layout.

  2. 2

    Validated, not guessed

Every field is scored and checked against your suppliers and POs.

  3. 3

    People stay in control

Low-confidence values are routed to review, everything else is one click.

  4. 4

    Answers with sources

The assistant queries your systems and shows where each answer comes from.

What we build.

  • 01

    Intelligent document processing

Extract data from invoices, delivery notes, CMRs, contracts and purchase orders, validate it against your records and post it to your ERP or accounting system.

  • 02

    AI assistants & concierges

Assistants that answer customers and staff from your own data, in their language, and hand over to a person when it matters.

  • 03

    Sales & market intelligence agents

Agents that monitor markets, tenders and public data, score prospects and prepare outreach for your team to review.

  • 04

    Content & listing generation

Create product, property or service pages from the sources you already have, with facts always taking priority over generated copy.

  • 05

    Internal knowledge search

Let teams ask questions of manuals, policies and past projects in plain language, with answers that cite their source.

  • 06

    Classification & analysis

Sort, tag, summarise and route requests, tickets and records so the right person sees the right thing first.

How we implement AI responsibly

People stay in control

Decisions with financial, legal or customer impact get a human review step, designed into the workflow rather than bolted on.

Facts beat fluency

Generated text never overrides verified data. We separate what the model writes from what your systems know.

Measured on your data

Every AI feature is tested on your real documents and requests before rollout, with accuracy you can see.

Model-agnostic and private

We choose between leading commercial and open-source models per task, configured so your data isn’t used for model training.

Cost & timeline

What it costs, and why.

There is no minimum project size. Each project is priced on its scope, complexity, integrations and the level of customisation it needs, and you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and price before committing to anything.

What determines the cost

  • ·Volume and variety of documents or requests
  • ·Accuracy requirements and the review workflow around them
  • ·Integrations with the systems where results must land
  • ·Model usage costs at your expected volume
  • ·Data residency, privacy and EU AI Act considerations

Typical timeline

A focused AI use case, such as document extraction for one document type, typically reaches a measurable pilot in 3–6 weeks. Broader assistants and agent systems are rolled out in stages.

Technology we typically use

  • Large language models (commercial & open-source)
  • Retrieval over your own data
  • Vision models for documents
  • Structured extraction & validation
  • Streaming chat interfaces
  • Evaluation & monitoring
  • Human-in-the-loop review tools

AI Implementation

Questions, answered.

Do we need AI, or would traditional automation be more suitable?

If the inputs are structured and the rules are clear, traditional automation is cheaper and more predictable. AI is the right tool when inputs are unstructured (emails, PDFs, free text) or when the task needs language understanding. Many good solutions combine both: AI reads the document, rules validate it, and a person approves exceptions.

Is our data safe when you use AI models?

We configure providers and contracts so your data isn’t used to train models, limit what each component can access, and can use EU-hosted or self-hosted models when your requirements call for it. Sensitive steps keep a human review.

How accurate is AI document processing?

It depends on document quality and variety, which is why we measure it on your own documents before rollout. Extracted values are validated against your master data, and anything uncertain is routed to a person instead of being posted automatically.

Can AI be added to the systems we already use?

Yes. Most of our AI work runs inside existing processes: it reads from and writes to your ERP, CRM, inbox or database through APIs, so your team doesn’t have to adopt a new tool to benefit from it.

  1. 1

We reply within one business day

A real person reads your message, not an autoresponder.

  2. 2

    A 30-minute call

We understand the goal, the constraints and the systems involved.

  3. 3

    A clear proposal

Scope, timeline and cost in writing, before you commit to anything.
