Software & automation for manufacturers

See your production as it happens.

We build software for manufacturers and industrial companies: live production dashboards, paperless work orders, faster quotes and planning that keeps up with reality, connected to the ERP and machines you already have.

  • Keeps your ERP, fills its gaps
  • Tablet apps operators actually use
  • Machine data via standard protocols

For manufacturers and industrial companies

Does this sound familiar?

  • Planning in one spreadsheet

“The production plan lives in an Excel file that only one planner really understands.”

Every rush order means re-planning by hand.

  • Yesterday’s numbers, this morning

“We find out about downtime and scrap at the end of the shift, or the end of the month.”

Problems found too late to fix.

  • Quotes that take days

“Sales waits for engineering to price custom orders from drawings and spreadsheets.”

Customers buy from whoever answers first.

  • Paper on the shop floor

“Work orders, quality checks and maintenance logs are printed, filled in by hand and filed.”

No traceability when a customer complains.

  • An ERP the floor won’t use

“Operators avoid the ERP screens, so data is entered later, if at all.”

    The ERP never reflects reality.

  • Material surprises

“Shortages show up when the line stops, because supplier confirmations live in inboxes.”

Idle machines and missed delivery dates.

Example system

A production control room on one screen.

Lines, orders and stops visible live, with operators reporting from tablets at their stations instead of paper. An illustrative example; yours is designed around your processes.

  1. 1

    Lines at a glance

Running, changeover or stopped, with utilisation for every machine.

  2. 2

    Orders on track

Progress against plan, with suggestions when a stop puts a delivery at risk.

  3. 3

    Work orders on tablets

Checklists and quality checks at the station, fully traceable.

  4. 4

    Stops explained

Operators log quantities and stop reasons in one tap.

What we build

Six ways to take the manual work out of manufacturing, and what changes.

  • Production dashboard

Output, downtime, scrap and order progress on one screen, fed by your ERP, machines and operator input.

See every line live, from anywhere

    Custom Software Development →
  • Digital work orders

Tablet apps for work orders, quality checklists and maintenance logs, designed for gloves and noisy halls.

    Paperless, fully traceable production

    Custom Software Development →
  • Quote configurator

Price custom orders from your rules, BOM and machine times. Engineering reviews only the non-standard requests.

Standard quotes out the same day

    Business Process Automation →
  • Planning board

A drag-and-drop schedule that knows machine capacity and materials, synced with the ERP.

Re-plan in minutes when orders change

    Custom Software Development →
  • Machine connectivity

Machine status and counters through manufacturer clouds, existing gateways or OPC UA and MQTT.

Know a machine stopped before anyone walks over

    Systems Integration →
  • Purchasing & supplier tracking

Purchase orders, confirmations and delivery dates tracked automatically, with alerts when a delay threatens production.

Shortages flagged before the line stops

    Business Process Automation →

Illustrative workflow

A custom quote, before and after

Before

  1. 1A customer request arrives by email
  2. 2Sales forwards it to engineering and waits
  3. 3Engineering prices it in a spreadsheet
  4. 4The quote goes out days later, formatted by hand

After

  1. Sales enters the specification in a configurator
  2. Price and lead time are calculated from your rules and BOM
  3. Standard quotes go out the same day as a branded PDF
  4. Engineering reviews only non-standard requests

Works with the systems you already run.

We connect to the software your team relies on, rather than asking you to replace it. Not on the list? If it has an API, a database, files or an inbox, we can usually connect it.

How we start, without a big-bang project.

Most manufacturers start with a live dashboard for one line or a digital work order flow: visible results in 4 to 8 weeks.

  1. 01

    Free assessment

Tell us how work flows today, in a short call or our online assessment. We point to where the most time is lost.

  2. 02

    Pilot on one process

We automate one high-volume process end to end, connected to your systems, and measure the time saved.

  3. 03

    Roll out

Once the pilot proves itself, we extend to the next process on a clear, fixed-scope roadmap.

Proof

Engineering you can see working.

Different industries, the same capabilities your project needs: integrations, real-time systems, payments and AI in production.

Can you connect software to our machines?

In many cases, yes: through the manufacturer’s cloud API, an existing gateway or standard industrial protocols such as OPC UA and MQTT. We have built cloud control and live status for physical machines in production, including automatic recovery when a machine doesn’t respond.

Will this replace our ERP?

No. We extend and connect your ERP with what it lacks on the shop floor, such as dashboards, tablet apps or configurators, and keep it as the system of record.

Will operators actually use it?

That’s the design brief. Large touch targets, very few fields, offline tolerance and screens built with the people who use them. If it slows them down, it isn’t finished.

How quickly will we see results?

A dashboard for one line or a digital work order flow typically goes live in 4 to 8 weeks, then expands line by line.
