Systems Integration
Systems integration that makes your tools work as one.
Connect disconnected software, synchronize data, and build unified processes.
What is systems integration?
Systems integration connects the software a business already uses (ERP, CRM, accounting, e-commerce, warehouse, payment and booking systems) so data moves automatically, stays consistent and processes run end to end without re-typing. Your business may run on five different systems. They should work together.
You likely need integration if
- Teams export from one system and import into another, every day.
- Customers, products or prices differ depending on which system you look at.
- Nobody can answer a simple question without opening three tools.
- A new tool was bought, but it doesn’t talk to the rest.
- Legacy software still runs something important and can’t be replaced yet.
Example system
One integration hub instead of a dozen fragile connections.
ERP, CRM, e-shop, warehouse, accounting and bank connected once, through a central layer that moves every change in near real time. An illustrative example; yours is designed around your processes.
- 1
Every system connected once
Add or replace a tool without rebuilding every connection.
- 2
Event-driven
Changes flow the moment they happen, not in nightly batches.
- 3
Safe retries
Idempotent processing means a retry never creates a duplicate.
- 4
Visible health
Monitoring and alerts show problems before they reach customers.
What we build.
- 01
API integrations
Reliable, two-way connections between ERP, CRM, accounting, e-commerce and industry systems.
- 02
Integration layer & middleware
A central layer that translates, validates and routes data between systems, so each connection doesn’t become its own project.
- 03
Event-driven sync
Webhooks and queues that update every system the moment something changes, with retries and idempotency.
- 04
Legacy connectors
When there is no API: database connectors, SFTP and CSV exchanges, email parsing and careful screen automation.
- 05
Data migration
Moving from old tools to new ones with cleaned, mapped and verified data.
- 06
Monitoring & alerting
Dashboards and alerts that show integration health, so broken syncs are fixed before anyone notices.
How we integrate
One source of truth
We agree which system owns which data, then design sync around that, avoiding conflicts and duplicates.
Idempotent by default
Every operation can be safely retried, so a timeout never creates a double order or a double charge.
Documented contracts
Each integration has documented data mappings, so changes don’t break things silently.
Respect what works
We connect systems you rely on rather than pushing a replacement.
Cost & timeline
What it costs, and why.
There is no minimum project size. Each project is priced on its scope, complexity, integrations and the level of customisation it needs, and you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and price before committing to anything.
What determines the cost
- ·Number of systems and data objects to sync
- ·Quality of available APIs, or the need for custom connectors
- ·One-way vs two-way and real-time vs scheduled sync
- ·Data cleanup and migration effort
- ·Security, access control and audit requirements
Typical timeline
A single integration between two systems with good APIs typically takes 2–5 weeks. Multi-system integration layers are delivered in phases.
Technology we typically use
- REST & GraphQL APIs
- Webhooks & message queues
- EDI, SFTP & CSV exchange
- OAuth & secure credential storage
- Idempotent job processing
- PostgreSQL & Redis

Systems Integration
Questions, answered.
Can you integrate with our existing ERP or CRM?
In most cases, yes. Modern ERP, CRM and accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Odoo, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero and QuickBooks offer APIs. When a system has none, we use database connectors, file exchange or email parsing.
Can you work with legacy software?
Yes. We often keep legacy systems running and connect them to newer tools, then replace parts step by step if and when it makes sense. Replacing everything at once is rarely the best first move.
What happens if one of the connected systems is down?
Our integrations queue changes, retry safely and alert you. Because operations are idempotent, retries never create duplicates.

- 1
We reply within one business day
A real person reads your message, not an autoresponder.
- 2
A 30-minute call
We understand the goal, the constraints and the systems involved.
- 3
A clear proposal
Scope, timeline and cost in writing, before you commit to anything.
