Eight Visions (“we”, “us”), Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@eightvisions.io.

When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business email, company, industry, budget range (optional), your message and, for the Business Automation Assessment, your answers about your processes and systems.

We also record the page the form was sent from and the approximate country of the request, to understand which pages are useful.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics that do not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising cookies.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare for a call and send you a proposal or assessment you requested (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and to keep a record of business correspondence (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your data and never add you to a newsletter without your consent.

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions may be delivered through email and messaging providers we use to run our business. These providers act as processors under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Data related to client projects is kept for as long as required by contract and law.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability by writing to info@eightvisions.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.
